BPCS may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our webpages such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. Such information is used only for internal purposes by BPCS technical support staff.

BPCS may disclose personally identifiable information for a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request. These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, to conduct our operations, to follow your instructions as you authorize, or to protect the security of our financial records.

In the course of providing services to you, we are permitted by law to share information within our family of affiliated companies about our transactions or experiences with you (such as account balance or payment history).

Safeguards

BPCS has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.

BPCS employees are trained and expected to maintain all privacy policies and procedures associated with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In addition, third-party administrators (TPAs) are also required to maintain the same security standards as BPCS employees.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act deals in part with how we treat your non-public personal financial information, and requires any company that collects such information to inform clients of the company's privacy practices. BPCS is committed to maintaining our clients’ confidentiality.

BPCS may acquire certain “non-public, personal financial information” from our clients. This can include information we receive from our clients on applications or other forms, and information about your transactions with us or others.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or any former clients to anyone in any way that is prohibited by federal law.
